2025 Abbreviated Fee Guide

This abbreviated guide (click here to download) is provided as a tool for information purposes only. It represents the most frequently used codes for dental clinics based on the volume of dental claims made to various insurance providers. It is a guide only. Dentists are free to charge above or below the guide based on their own individual and variable costs to provide services. It is the patient’s responsibility to know what their own dental insurance covers and which edition (year) of the NBDS fee guide their insurance company is using.
